Dolphin Bay Home rates: from $995/week
Dolphin nightly rates: from $150/night for 1-2 guests, $15/night each additional guest, Maximum 7 person occupancy, additional 11.416% HI state tax, refundable $300 security deposit, small non-refundable cleaning fees,3 night minimum stay.
Beds in Cottage: 1 double bed, 1 twin
Beds in Dolphin Bay Home: 1 king, 1 queen, 1 double, 1 twin
Cancellation and Refund Notes:
CANCELLATION POLICY: In case of cancellation by the renter, he or she shall have right to a full reimbursement (deposit+stay), minus 20% for administrative fees, if the owner is able to rent the property for the same rental period. However, the renter shall have no right to reimbursement if the owner is unable to rent the property for the same rental period. Furthermore, no credit shall be given for late arrivals or early departures. We strongly recommend to purchase travel insurance, in case your plans change or you cannot travel. We will always try to reschedule a booking whenever possible.
CHECK IN TIME IS AFTER 3:00 PM AND CHECK OUT TIME IS BY 10:00 AM.
