Our 2 bedroom villa bosts almost 1200 sq feet of living spce. Villa, It is beautifully furnished. and has a cathedral ceiling in the living area adding space and luxury as it sweeps up to the Master Bedroom on the second floor. The living room is beautifully furnished with a double leather recliner so you can kick back and enjoy the 27" flat screen TV, VCR, DVD or CD player in the large entertainment center across the room.

The kitchen has everything you need to make up a gourmet meal. Don't want to cook...no problem... there are wonderful restaurants near by in Waimea, at the nearby hotels or at the King's Shops. The indoor dinning area has lovely rattan chairs.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a large walk-in closet. The oversized Master Bath has a sit down vanity area.

The spare bedroom is on the main floor and has a queen-size bed. Relax on the roomy Lanai as you enjoy the gentle breezes and the sounds of tropical birds. Aa wet bar with small refrigerator are great to store your cold drinks.

Waikoloa Villas is about 1000 foot elevation, which means about seven miles up from the beach. The nights are cooler and the days are warm and sunny. A short drive to the South Kohala Coast offers several wonderful white sand beaches, including the well known Hapuna Beach (voted the best in the country) and 'A' Bay.

WAIKOLOA VILLAGE has a small Shopping area with a full sized grocery store, restaurants, medical offices, beauty salon, bank, florist, health food store and local post office etc.
