Our townhome is located at the Colony Villas in Waikoloa Beach Resort. Enjoy lots of privacy. Our building is fortunate to have no other units above you or below you and we shar only one common wall. Sit out on the Lanai next to hibiscus and fragrant plumeria. Enjoy the luxury of three bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The Master suite has a king bed, there is a queen bed in the guest suite, and 2 twin beds in the third bedroom.

Our villa is ocated in a very private area of the complex, close to the pool yet far enough to feel private. We overlook open space towards the water and the Mauna Lani Golf Course.

The Kings' Shops is home to many exclusive boutiques, fine restaurants, casual dining, and live music performances. The Kings' Shops are located in the Beach Resort and are a 10 to 15 minute walk or a five minute drive from our unit.

The Hilton Waikoloa is just a short walk away. This hotel is a diamond in the Hilton chain. To view all the amenities of this beautiful hotel you can take a tram or canal boat through the complex. Also, don’t miss the fabulous art throughout the hotel. One further item, this hotel hosts the Dolphin Quest Center. Here you can "Swim with the Dolphins." The viewing is free, but there is a charge for a "swim". There are approximately 12 dolphins to see perform at any one time.
The beautiful Waikoloa Beach Resort is located about 25 minutes north of the Kailua-Kona airport on the Big Island of Hawaii. The Colony Villas are situated on 15 acres of lush landscape along the Kings' and Mauna Lani golf courses, are considered the "upscale" property of the Beach Resort. The strategic location is combined with luxurious features and contemporary Hawaiian plantation architecture.

The King's Golf Clubhouse is located diagonally from the Colony Villas entrance. The Beach Golf Course is approximately one mile away in the same Resort area, and there are many other courses to play within a 30 minute radius. This area has many great beaches and one is within a 15 minute walk or a five minute drive. The best beaches are a 10 minute drive from the town home, and they are Hapuna and Mauna Kea. You can bask in the sun, swim, boogie board, body surf, snorkel, or just walk on the beach.

Included for use during your stay are two complete sets of snorkel gear, boogie board, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella, tennis racket, port-a-crib and more!



There is a VCR and DVD/CD/MP3 player in the living room, and a TV in all the bedrooms. The unit is complete with air-conditioning, ceiling fans, microwave, dishwasher, ice maker in the refrigerator, a washer and dryer, rice cooker and four cordless telephones. We also offer a HIGH SPEED INTERNET CONNECTION at no additional charge, and a printer/copier for your use!

The complex has two swimming pools, one designed for smaller children with a walled off area dividing the pool depths. The other pool has a spa, and both pools have BBQ areas with tables. There is an air-conditioned fitness center with state of the art equipment. Our unit is ready for your stay. You only need to bring your own food.
