Our home is ideal for a relaxing beach getaway. Enjoy Newport Beach and it's beautiful white sand beaches less than a ten minute walk to the 68th St. Beach lifeguard tower and great waves. We are in the ideal location to experience all that southern CA has to offer with Disneyland and Knott’s Amusement parks just 20 minutes away and Laguna Beach and Huntington Beach next door and Long Beach aquarium nearby.

The perfect vacation begins in our elegant, new and luxurious private home in a uniquely quiet and friendly neighborhood just three blocks from one of the most beautiful beaches in southern California.
Upscale furnishings, a gourmet kitchen, huge closets and a Steamist shower and Jacuzzi make for a five star vacation retreat in this newly constructed three bedroom home.
The private community pool, tennis courts, basketball and play area are around the corner and the many activities that Newport Beach has to offer are minutes away.

Our home is fully furnished with many new pieces and features the original artwork of local artist, L. Taugher. The Master bedroom is on the upper floor with a king bed, cable TV and full glass doors that open onto the deck with blue water views.

A second bedroom is also on this floor with twin bunk beds and the lower level has a guest room with queen bed and marble bath with shower. All sleeping areas have huge closets with the master closet containing beautiful wood cabinets in the dressing area and a walk in hanging closet.

The master bath is spacious with marble countertops and custom wrought iron fixtures. The Steamist glass shower includes a scented mist tray and the Jacuzzi tub provides a great massage after a day at the beach. There is an office on the upper level with lovely built in cabinetry and a fax and stereo system.

The floors throughout most of the house are travertine and Australian hardwood with carpet in the living room area.

The kitchen is a gourmet chef design. The countertop area sits four and the table sits eight comfortably with a couch sitting area for family gatherings at meal time. The living room has all new furnishings and a 27 inch television with cable, VCR, DVD and Playstation for the kids

There are two patio areas downstairs with tables and outdoor seating and the upper level deck has lounge chairs and a wonderfully relaxing view.

Our smoke-free home has a two car garage with electric opener so no need to fight for a parking space during the busy season. We also offer full size washer and dryer and a professionally monitored security system.

This section of Newport beach has no busy boardwalk on the beach and is very family oriented. The Pacific Coast highway borders the front of the neighborhood and has a great deli, quaint coffee shop and some of the area’s original surf shops but our home is set back near the canal –close enough to walk most places but secluded from the beach traffic.
