Hale Kukuna I is a one-bedroom, one-bath home located below Hale Kukuna II with beautiful Italian tile and hardwood floors, full gourmet kitchen, and one king-size bed (perfect for one couple). Pamper yourself by taking a Jacuzzi in your private outdoor grotto overlooking the Royal fishpond and the ocean. You will notice works by local artists incorporated in the tile designs throughout the home.
