OUR LOVILY VILLA is just north of the Clearwater area in a small quiet community named Hudson. Clearwater, Tampa, New Port Richey, Port Richey, and other locations are a short drive away. We are close to everything! Within minutes of this home you can drive to many great restaurants, beaches, tourist locations to include Universal Studios, Disney, Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, Florida Aquarium and others. Too many activities to list here. Within moments of the home is the new SUNCOAST PARKWAY, which allows quick access to TAMPA as well. There are only six red lights between the home and TAMPA if you use the new SUNCOAST PARKWAY to travel to/from TAMPA.

This unique home offers IMMEDIATE ACCESS to the GULF. There is a deep-water canal in the back of the home, with no bridges between it and the GULF OF MEXICO. There is very deep water here. A commercial fishing boat of approximately 70 feet is on the same canal, so that tells you how great the water is here. Surrounding this area is also a large wildlife sanctuary, so it is a picture taker's paradise due to all the land that is untouched in the immediate area surrounding the home.
