Everything you need for the ultimate family beach vacation is included: 2 beach umbrellas, 4 beach chairs, beach pull cart, boogie boards, sand toys, water noodles, beach towels (most other listings want you to bring your own!) and an after-beach outdoor shower.

WE CATER TO KIDS & TOTS!
Also for your convenience are: 1 portable crib, umbrella stroller, booster/high chair, child bed guard, sippy cups and private video library of over 100 family and action/adventure movies. THE BBB SLEEPS 8 IN KING AND QUEEN BEDS + SLEEPS 2 MORE ON FUTON!
The master bedroom has a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom with double-stack washer dryer. The middle bedroom includes 2 queen beds with huge closet, and the third bedroom has its own queen bed and huge closet. And for added sleeping accomodations the sunroom has a full futon that sleeps two additional. And you can fit everyone at our large dining table which accommodates 10.

THE BEACH TROLLEY PICKS UP RIGHT OUTSIDE YOUR DOOR!
The Clearwater Beach trolley picks up right at the end of the BBB driveway every 30 minutes and will take you to beach shops and restaurants that are only a mile away. Less than 1 mile away is the large municipal pool with slide and lighted tennis courts -- no court time fees, just walk on!

Enjoy our famous sunsets and walk to The Palm Pavilion for dinner and nightly live entertainment, or skip on over to Frenchy's for the best grouper sandwich in Florida!
