The site of the villa and the pool overlooks a beautiful conservation area with surrounding orange groves. Being only 13 minutes from Disney, and very close to many championship golf courses (20 within ten minutes drive), shops and restaurants, the community is well placed for all the 'action' whilst providing a peaceful and beautiful haven for those who just wish to soak up the abundant Florida sunshine. In the evening relax on the pool deck, sip a glass of champagne and enjoy the good life whilst watching the sun go down on another perfect day!

Fully equipped with great games room (containing air hockey table, pool table, table football and much more), very large flat/widescreen stereo TV in the family room and TV's and DVD's in all bedrooms (with PS2 console in one of the twin rooms) the home is also to be equipped with every utensil and gadget needed to make the kitchen a Gourmet Chef's dream. Free local, International and inter-state calls and free and broadband nternet access for those who wish to bring their laptops.

We have hired a, friendly, attentive villa manager who lives on the development (within two minutes walk of the villa). The manager greets guests personally, arranges a welcome pack, if required, and is available to deal with any queries. Bicycles, cots, high chairs, strollers and additional computer games consoles etc., are available for hire for a samll charge from the villa manager.
