ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
Booking deposit due of £100 per week or $200 per week or part week booked. Balance of rents plus security deposit due ten weeks before arrival.
Security Deposit - this is to be paid with the final rental balance and will be refunded to you (subject to no damage or breakages) once the property has been cleaned and checked after your departure.
Four bedroom home - security deposit £250 or $400.
Six bedroom home - security deposit £350 or $600.
