Our unique conch villa located in a private compound in the heart of Old Town in Key West Florida can be yours for a minimum of a month. Come enjoy all that Key West has to offer, Fishing, beaches, shopping, restaurants and more! This 100-year-old home has been recently fully remodeled and boasts all the modern conveniences. It is furnished with beautiful Asian pieces reflective of the owners' years living overseas and adds flavor the house.

Central air conditioning, TV, DVD, cable service, and all utilities included, mean that you can sit back and relax after a day on the town or after enjoying the beautiful beaches.

The kitchen is part of the great room and is fully equipped with everything you need to whip up a gourmet meal or just supplement the fine dining available at the local restaurants. With Duval a short walk away, you will want to take advantage of the many local attractions. You could even fly in and out, as a car is not necessary when you are this close to the action.

There are complete laundry facilities in the house.

Enjoy being one of only four homes on the compound with its own huge ficus tree and large pool. After a day of walking the length of Duval, come back for a refreshing dip in the shared pool. Or, choose a soak in your secluded, private Jacuzzi.

If you are looking for a Motel 6 or Holiday Inn type accommodation - this is not for you. But if you are interested in living with the real people of Key West - this might just be perfect.
