First Floor:
* Living room
* Dining room with seating for eight
* Kitchen
* Eat-in area off kitchen with four bar stools and a table with four chairs overlooking pool
* Bedroom with queen-size bed and full bath (sleeps two)
* Full-size sleeper sofa in living room (sleeps two)
* Full-size washer and dryer

Second Floor:
* Full-size bedroom with attached bath also opens to hall (sleeps two)
* Queen-size bedroom with use of hall bath (sleeps two)
* Master bedroom with king-size bed, large balcony, twin bed in large attached closet, attached bath with jetted tubs and separate shower (sleeps three)

Third Floor:
* Large bunk room with two sets of bunks, twin on top and full on bottom (sleeps six)
* Queen-size sleeper sofa (sleeps two)
* Full bath with shower only
* Outdoor decks with awesome gulf views

RESTRICTIONS:
* $150 cleaning fee charged to renter for less than a week's stay/owner pays cleaning on a weeks stay
* No pets
* No smoking
* 19 guests maximum
* Five-car maximum
* Peak season Saturday to Saturday only; three night off season; five night spring and summer
* Pool heat optional, fee of $250 a week if renter chooses to heat the pool
* Check in 4 PM
* Check out 10 AM
