Enjoy a gated community, swimming pool, two bedrooms plus den, and two bathrooms. The screened-in lanai opens into the living room as well as the master bedroom - all looking over the Gulf, which is great for sleeping. I purchased a brand-new, pillow-top, king-size bed and furnishings, to finish off the walk-in closet, and double sinks in the master bedroom. The second bedroom has two twin-size beds and a private full bathroom.

Listen to the gentle sounds of the surf and breeze while you watch the beautiful sunsets over the Gulf of mexico, from the (sixth floor lanai), which faces directly west, south (for warmth), and north (which faces over the Delnor-Wiggins State Park). In the morning watch the sun rise over the Intercoastal Waterway and Vanderbilt Bay. Our building is directly across the street from the beach (75 yards), with private beach access.
