The home is on the top Bridgewater Crossing Community offering a number of free facilities for your use. The villa has extended grounds giving you more privacy than most villas would and helped by the fact that the pool is fenced on two sides. The decking around the pool is also extended adding to your space and comfort.

The King-size Master Bedroom has Patio Doors that open to the Pool area, ample space in our large walk-in closet and cable TV. In the kingsized bathroom we have his and hers vanity areas, large walk in shower and a wonderful corner bath tub.The second Bedroom is Queen-size, is en suite and has a Door that opens to the Pool area. The other two Bedrooms are Twin Beds with an additional bathroom.

The Kitchen is bright, clean and well laid out and has all you need for those evenings at home or just to prepare snacks. It also has a Breakfast Bar with stools. The Dining area overlooks the Pool and is a great setting for all your meals. The living area has two seater sofa that folds out to be an additional bed, plus another two seater sofa and armchair for your comfort. It is spacious and bright and has Cable TV, DVD and VCR.

The 13'X 26' private pool is fully screened and can be heated for a small extra cost. We have ample luxury pool furniture. The oversized back yard is laid to lawn and two sides are fenced to add to your privacy. We also have a double garage and drive way.
