This property sleeps 6, not including the living room sofa (not a sofa sleeper). All amenities included! You can't beat the quality and location for the price... anywhere!!! This is a Non-Smoking, No Pets allowed property. Add $40 Cleaning Fee for stays of less than one week (7 nights). Keyless entry means late night arrivals are no problem !

Bookings require 10% down payment to make the reservation. After which I will email you a complete reservation confirmation form, including directions to the property, nearby grocery stores, check-in instructions and everything else you probably need to know. The remaining balance will be billed to your credit card 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
