We are conveniently located 14 miles from Marsh Harbour and three miles by water from Treasure Cay, Emerald Bay is easily accessible by rental car (recommended), boat, and ferry to local sites and activities. Our Emerald Bay Condo is canal front and 100 feet from the beach. There is a lovely wooded path to this secluded white powder sand beach guests can usually call their own. The condo also includes a dock for up to a 25 foot boat. Just steps away, there are reefs to swim to and miles of uncrowded beaches to walk on.

Add your own personal boat at your own personal dock. An optional 13-foot Boston Whaler with a 30 hp Yamaha outboard motor is available for one week for $300.
