One third of the way up the north shady side of Bordeaux Mountain, overlooking Coral Bay Harbor, you will find our ergonomically-designed building itself is just 12-foot x 13-foot, but the side and covered dining decks and all outside are living space, too, in Caribbean style. The building rests "lightly on the land". Propane fuels back-up lights and a two-burner stove. The Dacha is all screens, with sliding shutters, if needed. The queen-sized loft bed is approached via a unique stair integrated into the kitchen counters.
