Aqua Pulchra is an upscale, four-bedroom villa located on the southern shores of Providenciales. Situated on Chalk Sound, a lagoon and nature reserve, every room provides stunning views of the 'magnificent waters' after which the villa is so aptly named.

Outside the villa you will find abundant space to soak up the sun on the loungers or dine 'al fresco' under the stars. The large, infinity-edge pool has the benefit of solar heating to provide that perfect temperature all year round. From the pool patio meander along a series of paths through the gardens to your own private dock by the water's edge. From here explore the crystal clear warm waters of the lagoon or relax in the hammock.

Inside the villa there is a spacious living area with deeply-padded, sea grass couches from which to enjoy the panorama of the turquoise water reflected in the pool and the view of Chalk Sound beyond. The dining table seats eight comfortably. Enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen with top-of-the-range appliances. A series of French doors leads from the living area out on to the main patio by the pool. Here you will find a dining area and gas grill with rotisserie.

On either side of the living area the villa spreads out into two wings providing ample space and privacy. In one wing is the media room with plasma TV, DVD, VCR, and Bose sound system. The sound system extends to the living area and main patio. To the left of the media room are two of the four bedrooms. One room has twin beds. The other has a king-size bed with en suite bathroom with tub. Both bedrooms lead out on to a private patio and sitting area. There is a separate bathroom with walk-in shower and a further washroom with toilet.

In the second wing, on the other side of the living area, is a library full of interesting books and an RAF replica seaplane suspended from the ceiling! The two remaining bedrooms are contained in this wing. One room has twin beds while the other contains a sumptuous, canopied four poster, LCD television, and sitting area. Both bedrooms lead out onto a private patio and sitting area overlooking the gardens. These two rooms share a large bathroom with walk-in shower. There is a separate washroom with toilet.

Downstairs, an elevator connects the two floors. there is the garage and utility room with washer, dryer, and ironing facilities.
