We have spacious, 1- and 2-bedroom, condo suites on beautiful and peaceful Half Moon Bay in family friendly Akumal.

Our ocean-view two-bedroom suite is on a coral reef bay, just a few feet from the water. There is a view of the ocean from both bedrooms. It has a fully-equipped kitchen, unlimited FREE bottled water, air conditioning in summer, and daily maid service.

We network with other owners and we can also offer other 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom suites in the same area.

This is an ideal place for families, snorkelers, scuba divers, or just for sightseeing and relaxation. You can snorkel in water that is seldom more than waist deep just off the property. The coral and fish are beautiful. You can also snorkel in Yal Koo Lagoon with beautiful fish of all kinds less than a quarter mile away. Two dive shops provide scuba trips as well as PADI certified instruction in all kinds of diving. Cavern dives are thrilling. Only an open-water certification is required.

Two, 18-hole, championship, golf courses are nearby.

Beautiful, sandy beaches are ideal for children, and when parents need a break they can leave their children at a play area with certified, child-care workers.

The average, daytime temperatures are 80 degrees in winter and 90 degrees in summer.

Mayan ruins are nearby. The most spectacular are Tulum on the ocean and Coba somewhat inland. The famous Chichen Itza ruins are a few hours drive.

There are many fine restaurants, and all their offerings - including salads and ice water - are safe to eat and drink. Grocery stores are nearby for those who wish to eat in.
