There are two full separate bedroom suites, each with their own private bath. An additional bath is located on the main level with an American sofa bed available in the living room area. The master bedroom has comfortable pillow top twin beds plus a trundle bed sofa that sleeps 2 more in the same bedroom. There are two twin beds in the lagoon view guest bedroom (which can be pushed together to make a king bed). A family of 8 can sleep comfortably, or 3 couples with each having their own private bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a counter bar, dinette, main living area and 2 wonderful balconies looking out at the Caribbean along with 3 area air conditioners to keep the interior nice and cool.

This is a great location to use as your home base for exploring Cancun and the surrounding marvels of the Yucatan Peninsula. The complex features a tennis court, upper and lower-level pools, direct access to the beach, a pool-side restaurant and bar.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS: Private Suburban will take you directly to the front door of our condominium and is available for a charge of approximately $9.00 per person from the airport. Once at our condo, you may catch the local bus right out the front door. It runs every 2 minutes and costs approximately $.60 US to go anywhere.
