This 4 bedroom 4 bath villa is one of the best values in Cozumel. The location is convenient to shopping and restaurants, yet just 500 yards from the Mexican Caribbean and within walking distance to a public beach (south) and the main square downtown (north). With more privacy and room than a hotel, you'll enjoy two fully equipped kitchens, phones for local calls, an internet access account for use with your laptop and maid service is daily except for Sundays and major Mexican holidays. All linens, towels and beach towels are provided plus two safes with programmable digital locks for your valuables, hair dryers, irons and ironing boards, coolers to take to the beach and purified water is delivered for you.

The villa has a privacy fence around the property and along with the garden there is a 2 level swimming pool with a small rock fountain, a gas BBQ grill and sink, cushioned lounge chairs and Adirondack chairs, 2 covered patios with tables and chairs (one patio has a palapa roof), hammocks, an outdoor shower, dive rinse tank, secure drying areas for scuba or snorkeling equipment and off street parking inside the gates.

Villas Topaz was built with two totally separate and private two bedroom, two bath homes so the entire villa is available or just one of the 2 bedroom homes. Each has a living/dining area, full kitchen, color TV with cable, DVD, VCR, CD player, and a telephone for local calls. For your enjoyment there’s a selection of DVD movies, video tapes, music CDs, and a small reading library. Both kitchens are fully-equipped with a stove, refrigerator/freezer, blender, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glasses, cookware and utensils. The air conditioning throughout is thermostatically set using hand-held remotes and there are ceiling fans, special cushioning on all four king-size beds for extra comfort and a pressurized water system for strong showers.

Villas Topaz will accommodate a maximum of 10 guests. There are 4 king size beds, a double futon and if requested, a twin air mattress is available. Let us know in advance and we can change one of the king-size beds downstairs into two twin beds if you prefer.
