This beautiful, fully air-conditioned, private residential home is located in Phase 1 of Playacar, a private gated community in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. You'll be surrounded by tropical flowers and trees, and within walking distance are Mayan ruins, a tropical bird aviary, cenotes, tennis courts, an 18 hole championship golf course and the charming town of Playa del Carmen. The White Partridge Villa is located approximately 3 minutes from the beach.

The first level consists of a fully furnished and equipped kitchen and dining area, laundry room with washer/dryer, a half bath, and living area with a TV/VCR/DVD/DISHNET for viewing. There is a CD/tape player, as well as a selection of videos, CD's, DVD's, books, and games. Step right out onto the patio to take a refreshing dip in your own private swimming pool!

The second level consists of the Master Suite with a king bed, large terrace, and private bath with both a tub and shower. Two bedrooms are located on the third level. Each bedroom has a queen bed, private bath and terrace with breathtaking ocean views. There is an open rooftop terrace with gorgeous panoramic views of Playa del Carmen and the Caribbean.

Two private safes are available for your peace of mind. The maid comes in three times a week to keep the house clean and tidy for you. Our American property manager, Teresa (who is also fluent in Spanish), will come by to check on you often to ensure a comfortable and worry free stay at the White Partridge. She'll also be happy to answer any questions you might have, as well as offer suggestions for activities or restaurant recommendations. We do provide purified water for your convenience.
