- Cancel within 6 days after reservation = Refund Deposit less $75 processing fee.
- Cancel on 7th day AFTER Reservation = Forfeit Full Deposit - NO Refunds.
- Cancel within 60 days from Reserved Date = NO Refunds.
- Cancel on day of arrival = Forfeit Full Deposit PLUS you will be charged for ONE NIGHT STAY at the daily rate…

- Cancel notice must be in writing...
- At our option, we may give you FULL CREDIT of the Deposit to be applied for future reservation.
- Must re-schedule reservation within a year from the canceled date.
