This beautiful, spacious, mountainside townhouse is our residence 3 months of the year, so it is beautifully furnished and maintained. It will sleep 10 PEOPLE without using the living room, will seat ten people in the kitchen, and is only 700 yards from the ski area. There is no unit above, below, or behind making it much quieter. The three bedrooms are each on a different level FOR ADDED PRIVACY and each has its own bath; one with a king-size bed, two each with queen-size, a loft with two twin beds, and a den with a queen-size sofa-bed. The three full bathrooms have each been upgraded recently, (vanities, sinks, counters, toilets).

The large living room (20x15) is furnished with 25" TV, VCR, premium stereo with CD/tape player, and gas fireplace. The hot tub is located on the private 15 foot deck right off the living room. It is professionally serviced. The den has its own 20" flat screen TV with gameboy ports, VCR, DVD player,high speed internet access, game table, sofa and lounge chair allowing your group to split up to enjoy different activities (great for kids). Plus we have a loft offering a third sitting area.

Two nights rent will reserve the townhome. We will then send a formal acknowledgement confirming dates, rates, and balance due date We mail a key directly to you upon receipt of the balance.
