Paia condominium conveniently located 1.5 miles from Paia at 777 Hana Highway (ocean side); walking distance to beach (3 homes away); right by landmark restaurant, Mama's Fish House; Windsurf, kiteboard, or surf right next door at World Famous Ho'okipa Beach. The condo was recently renovated and features a newly upgraded kitchen, two upgraded bathrooms, a master bedroom with king size bed, a second bedroom with two twin size beds, a roomy living room with a fold out futon and island-style decor. Our unit is on the ground floor and can easily be accessed from the reserved parking right in front of the door (#9). We have large sliding doors that open to a covered lanai with seating and a large lawn area that can be used for sunbathing and BBQ's (community grills). The condo comfortably sleeps 4 in the two bedrooms but can accomodate up to 6. No smoking or pets allowed. Paia town is close by for shopping and dining. World Famous Baldwin beach and Paia Bay is a very short drive away. Walk down to Kuau and enjoy a cocktail at Mama's Fish House.
