Payent is accepted by wire transfer, check, or money order in US Dollars. We also accept major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
There is no lifeguard. Swimming is at your own risk. For everybody’s health, there is no smoking in the house. We suggest that guests arrange for travel insurance to protect a prepaid stay. Check-in and check-out times are flexible according to your arrival times, provided other guests are not departing or arriving on your dates. Any major damage or loss (other than normal wear and tear) will be charged to original security deposit.
