All rentals are subject to a Cleaning Fee of: $75.00 - Flats & Townhouses $95.00 Tri-Levels $55.00 - Efficiency There is a 6% State Sales Tax and a 3% Local Tax on the rental rates and 6% State Sales Tax on the cleaning fees. There is a $30.00 processing fee charged for every reservation. We require a Visa or Master Card on file to guarantee the reservation and for any damages or additional cleaning fees charged to the condo upon your departure. Single week or single month renters are required to provide a credit card number or send check or money order for the full rental amount to the Four Winds Office within thirty (30) days of check-in. Note: Multiple week rentals require a one (1) week deposit to secure the reservation; multiple month rentals require a one (1) month deposit to secure the reservation. . Occupancy Limits: Flats and Townhouses - 6 Persons Tri-Level - 10 Persons Efficiency - 4 Persons Payment accepted by Visa, MasterCard, Check or Money Order. Rates subject to change without notice. There is a 3-Night Minimum Stay. Minimum rentals of three (3) or more days are permitted and can only be reserved seven (7) days prior to date of arrival during June, July, and August. During April, May, September, October, November, and December three (3) minimal stays will be used for specialty packages and may be booked within 60 days of arrival. Holiday weeks are excluded. Additional days will be charged at the daily rate, based upon availability. Long-term rentals (at least 6 months and 1 day or longer) are available on request.

Cancellation Policy: When a reservation is cancelled less than thirty (30) days of your arrival and Four Winds is unable to re-rent the unit for an equivalent amount of time and comparable rental the advance reservation payment shall be forfeited. Renter's age must be twenty-five years (25) or older and the number of occupants in the rental unit must be in accordance with the unit's capacity.
