- The residences are located in the best sector of Playa Costa Esmeralda Beach (Km 88 from the Panama City - one hour drive (approx. 4 mins. drive from Coronado Beach). Playa Costa Esmeralda is on the Pacific shore of the Isthmus.
- 3 and 4 bedroom residences (between 350 to 525 M2 of construction) with respective complete well-finished bathrooms, air conditioners, comfortable beds and extra mattresses according to availability* The respective description is as follows:

- LA MEZQUITAL DEL ORO - 3 bedroom residence - maximum occupation permitted: 20 persons. This residence has a mezzanine in one of the bedrooms with space for two full mattresses.
- LA VIEJO RIO - 4 bedroom residence - maximum occupation permitted: 20 persons**
- LA RIO MEXCALA - 3 bedroom residence - maximum occupation permitted: 15 persons**
** The residences The Viejo Rio and The Rio Mexcala can be reduced for rent in 2 bedroom format respectively, in which case the rental rate varies according to the season and the maximum occupation is reduced to 12 persons (The Viejo Rio) and 10 personas (The Rio Mexcala).
- Sony Vega Digital television set (29") in inner terraces, with independent access to Direct TV, and mini sound equipment with CD lector.

- Full time maintenance employees (for maintenance and assistance in the care and use of the residence only).
- The residences are delivered with the beds properly dressed with sheets and basic bedspreads. The lessee should carry any extra sheets or his own blankets (quilts), towels and products of hygiene and personal neatness.
