Rates and policies
Rental Note:
30 % down payment required as time of signature to secure rental. Damage / security deposit set at $450.00 and fully refundable if no damages are noticed when vacating the property, 13% florida occupancy tax. Cleanning fee is set at $120.00 Pool and jacuzzi can be heated for an added monthly fee of $350,00
Cancellation and Refund Notes:
Tenant must cancel by writing, 90 days prior to the arrival date. If cancellation is not received as stated above, Tenant will forfeit the full advance payment and the damage deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
