We have 1-3 bedrom units on 1st or 2nd floor of a secure concrete building with balconies facing the ocean...all units are fully furnished and equipped for your conveniences with cable, a/c, internet, dvd players, full kitchens and dining areas in and out.

We are approx. 1.5 hrs. to san Juan and 40 mins. to Ponce airport- nearby golf courses 15 mins.,- 30 mins, near malls, theatres, museums, lakes, rivers, forest, hiking, kayaking.
We are on the southeast side of Puerto Rico known as the emerald of the south- Patillas.- a small fishing village with a safe environment for all ages.

We sit on 4 acres of oceanfront on the caribbean with plenty of land to relax or play........we are gated and secure.
Spectacular snorkeling for all ages or just lay on one of the many hammocks to see the manatees......this is still one of the few areas which is unpopulated as a tourist trap -therefore you can enjoy good food at reasonable prices and uncrowded beaches and the tranquility and relaxation you want for the true meaning of "vacation"............
