Rates and policies
Rental Note:
Rental rates decrease the longer the duration of your stay, so take advantage of a wonderful, relaxing Lake Tahoe retreat now. $200 per day, $1000 per week or $3000 per month. A 50% deposit is required to secure reservation. The remaining balance will be due 30 days before arrival. Security deposit will be refunded within 7 days of departure.
Cancellation and Refund Notes:
30 days notice is required to receive a refund of any collected fees. A 10% charge will be retained in the event of cancellation.
