A week is 6 nights & 7 days. Minimum stay is 2 nights. Monthly and annual rentals are available. A refundable security deposit of $1000 is required... Credit card authorization for deposit prior to arrival is standard please let us know if other arrangement is desired. Check in is 3:00 PM, check out is 12:00 noon. We will try to accommodate different check-in and check-out times, provided the home is available and clean. Please request this in advance and contact the manager upon arrival.
Cancellation and Refund Notes:
100% refund minus $50 administration fee if your cancellation is received up to 60 days before your arrival date.
50% refund if your cancellation is received up to 31 days before your arrival date.
No refund if your cancellation is received within 30 days before your arrival.
