The Timmermann Homestead can be used for a variety of purposes: * Overnight accommadations (Minimum 2 nights): $225 a night + one time $75 cleaning fee plus hotel/motel taxes of 6 % - Check in: 3:00 - Check out: 12:00 *** A one day deposit required & 3 week cancellation notice. * Rental for a party or shower inside the homestead: $150 a day + $75 cleaning fee plus hotel/motel taxes of 6 % * Rental for a wedding/ reunion (Minimum 2 days): $ 250 for homestead and a grounds fee plus hotel/motel taxes of 6 % - Arrangements can be made with the owners to suit caterer's schedule (a list of caterer choices upon booking), set up and clean up. - Cleaning fee will be determined by the owner. * Business seminar or retreat: $150 + $75 cleaning fee plus hotel/motel taxes of 6 % *** If you are planning a September trip to New Braunfels, you might enjoy some of the best dove hunting around....Contact Kyle Reneau at kylereneau@gmail.com or visit his site at www.broutfitters.net
