Rental Note:
If canceled not all your money will be refunded If canceled before 30 days of your arrival date your money will be refunded 1/2 of your rental fee is due to hold your reservation and the balance must be paid in full 30 days prior to your arrival There is a cleaning fee of 150.00 per reservation The deposit is $1,000.00 and refunded after you check out via mail or paypal after Inventory is confirmed and no damages have been made during your stay. Please feel free to ask questions before you make your reservation.
Cancellation and Refund Notes:
Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to your arrival Deposits are refunded after your departure as long as all inventory is still in unit and no damages have been made. Cleaning fee is a charge and not refunded
