This condo is on a Gordon Lewis designed 18-hole, par 71, 6344-yard course with over 110 acres of lakes, marshes, and preserves. We can transfer the golf membership to any parties staying one-month or longer.

The condo is tastefully decorated throughout. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a walk-in closet and a master bath. The second bedroom has another king size bed and a private bathroom. The condo also boasts a dining room that seats six, comfy living room for relaxing, and a eat in kitchen that seats four with a view of lake and golf course. The breakfast bar seats three more. Everything you need is supplied from linens, cookware, and more.

Additionally, there is a screened-in lanai with table and chairs to take in the tropical views of the lake, fountain, and golf course, plus a wonderful breeze! Central air-conditioning and ceiling fans cool the condo throughout. There is also a large storage closet outside the unit to get those extra items out of the way. Finally, there is a full-size washer and dryer in the unit.
