The home is separated into four suites (comprising six bedrooms) of varying sizes and may be rented individually. Two have separate outdoor entrances. The backyard includes a heart-shaped swimming pool, jacuzzi, flat grassy lawn, "horizon" sand beach bordered by palm trees, and easy side access to the water for snorkeling or kayaking.

Lahaina Oceanfront Estate is located at the northern tip of Lahaina Town. In a quiet residential section of town, its conveniently close to Ka'anapali beaches, upscale resorts and shops (seven minutes north by car) and to the heart of Lahaina Town with its eclectic boutiques, galleries and dining (seven minutes south by car). Canoes restaurant is just down the street, serving dinner seven nights a week, a Sunday brunch and jazz! Lahaina Gateway Shopping Center and The Cannery Mall with Safeway and Longs Drugs are nearby. Lahaina is 45 minutes from the Kahului airport and only 15 minutes from the smaller Kapalua airport. Lahaina's harbor has ferry service to both Lana'i and Moloka'i.
