Security & Reservation Deposit A security & reservation deposit of $250 is due at the time of the booking. This deposit is not applied towards the rent. Maximum Occupancy The maximum number of guests for Splash’s “Wave” condominium is 6. Exceptions will be made for children 2 and under. Minimum Stay & Minimum Age This property requires a 3 night minimum stay. Longer stays may be required during holidays and peak season. Minimum age to rent is 25. No Smoking & No Pets All units are non-smoking inside and outside on the balcony. Pets are not allowed. Any guests found violation these rules may be evicted and will forfeit all rent and security deposit paid.
