Reguarly $2100 per week. $500 off the months of November and December for a rental rate of only $1600 per week. The weeks of Christmas and New Years are available at $300 off the regular rate. These 2 weeks are $1800 per week.
Cancellation and Refund Notes:
No refund given within 30 days of arrival date. 50% due upon reservation and the remaining 50% is due 10 days before arrival.
