No need to pay $$$ to park at Disneyland & Downtown Disney because you are just right a few steps away.

This condo has been newly renovated. The living room features totally new flooring and include a 37” High Definition flat panel LCD TV with a DVD player and cable TV program included.

The Master Bedroom suite features a queen size bed, walk in closet and a TV with DVD/VCR player. There is also a desk with Internet Access available for your convenience. The 2nd Bedroom boasts a full/twin bunk bed (sleeps 2 below and 1 above)!

At mealtime, you can find every amenity necessary for a completely home cooked meal (dining table seats 4~6 person), or you can just stroll across the street to Downtown Disneyland for a wonderful dinner and movie!! Many excellent best food restaurant in town available and entertainments near by closely as well.

Inside the community, you can also relax at the large sparking pool and Jacuzzi after a long day at Disneyland while children play either in children’s pool or in the complex playground located right next to the pool.

All the amenities at the condo are for your full use to make your vacation completely hassle free and no worry. Central AC/Heat, Washer/Dryer, Full refrigerator, Kitchenwares, linens/bedding and towels all ready to serve you for enjoying a remarkable memory vacation in Disneyland!

A parking spot is also reserved for you and just in front of the front door for you to easily unloading and loading everything.

$100 Cleaning Fee with $350 full refundable security deposit returned 2 weeks after departure.
35% Cancellation Fee will apply to all canceled reservations.
