This beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath waterfront unit overlooks Marco Island’s beautiful Clam Bay. Wide water views can be seen from the screened lanai which also overlooks the pool, putting green, shuffle board court and boat docks. The unit has been redecorated recently including a custom kitchen with granite countertops.

Our condo was personally decorated and appointments selected as our second home, so it has a very friendly and personal feel to it. No sterile and institutional furnishings, but very upscale and comfortable furnishings and decorations meant to make you feel at home for the winter season.

This condo is fully equipped for your seasonal rental with all amenities and equipment just like home. All you need to do is bring your clothes and enjoy the luxurious surroundings and the great winter weather. There is covered parking for your vehicle close to the building and the elevator.

Marco Island is a great place to reside, even for the season. It is truly a community where most everyone is a resident or seasonal renter. There is very little hotel activity on the island but a tremendous variety of restaurants, shopping, social and cultural events going on all the time either on the island or in nearby Naples. Access to the island is via 2 bridges for your convenience and ease of access.
