Welcome to our beautiful,NEWLY DECORATED townhouse located in the 5 STAR GATED (Manned 24 hours) resort of Windsor Palms. This END unit OVERLOOKING THE CONSERVATION AREA is just the place for that family vacation. We have 3 bedrooms, all with an en suite bathroom. The QUEEN bed is located downstairs which makes it suitable for those who have difficulty with stairs. Upstairs are the KING bed and the 3rd bedroom which contains 2 TWIN BEDS. (This room is decorated in a Disney theme and also has children's games and books as well as a game cube) All bedrooms have ceiling fans and their own cable TV.s.and DVD

The luxurious living room is equipped with a flat screen t.v and DVD and plenty of sitting for the whole family. The dining area has seating for 6. Directly off the living room are large sliding doors leading to the private SOUTH facing splash pool. This screened area is a great place for the family to cool off and also a relaxing place to sit and enjoy that morning coffee. The lanai is equipped with comfortable reclining chairs , table and umbrella. We provide a removable safety fence for the safety of small children and all doors leading to the pool deck have additional locks.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need.. We have supplied lots of pots and pans, baking utensils, wine glasses, tea pot, dishes and cutlery for eight. We have supplied unbreakable dishes and glasses for use in our pool area.

We provide all linens, beach towels, FREE stroller, Pack N Play, dining booster seat, Security Safe. Free Wireless Internet and FREE Long Distance. Of course we also have the important washer and dryer. FREE private parking right at your front door.

Windsor Palms is a 5 star resort just 3 miles from Disney. It is a 24 hour manned gated community especially for families. Amenities include Olympic size swimming pool, spa, whirlpool, lighted tennis and basketball courts, beach volleyball court, separate toddler pool, children's play area, clubhouse with ping-pong and pool tables, picnic and barbeque area, internet facilities, sundry shop, 55 seat cinema (choose your favorite movie FREE at the sundry shop), video arcade. Shuttle to area attractions is available (local charge applies). Mystic Dunes Glof Course is within a 5 minute walk. The resort is approx. one mile from restaurants, shopping, and services on Hwy 192.

Our home is managed by a local management company who is available 24/7 if the need arises. For the comfort of all guests, our home has a No pet and No smoking policy. We have a lock box at the house for late arrivals.
