Primm Valley Resort and Casino is located about 40 miles South of Vegas on route I-15. The Ford car on exhibit is the original that Bonnie Parker and Clyde Barrow were shot in by police during a roadblock ambush on May 23, 1934, in Louisiana. Other memorabilia are also on display. In the heart of the lagoon lies a once dormant volcano. The spectacle starts slowly, as the water begins to churn. Stand close enough and you can feel the heat raise as the lagoon bursts open with the volcanic eruption, flames leaping 100 feet into the air. The lagoon spans the area from the Forum Shops entrance on the Strip to Treasure Island. Be sure to arrive 10 minutes early to get a good viewing spot.
