Marriott Vacation Club International announces the development of Marriott's Oceana Palms - The Palm Beaches on Singer Island in Riviera Beach, Florida. The resort will include 169 two-bedroom/two bath villas slated for ocupancy in 2010. Inital pricing will start at 25,900 per week depending on location, view and season. This brand new resort couple ocean front living with 1000 square foot floorplans offering a vacation villa lifestyle.
