Why Do Investors Choose Sedona?

Why do investors choose Sedona over elite Western destinations like Aspen, Santa Fe, Lake Tahoe and Monterey?

Part one of the answer is the Red Rocks, the icon of this valleys
unparalleled natural beauty and mystique. Of course, there are a host
of other reasons, not the least of which is small town charm blended
with world class sophistication, art, culture, cuisine and resort
amenities. And Sedona is located just 2 hours North of Phoenix, 45
minutes from Flagstaff, 2.5 hours from the Grand Canyon and 5 hours
from Las Vegas.
Savvy investors know that there is more to the equation than natural
beauty alone, bringing us to part two of the investment equation. Real
estate values are escalating at an astounding rate in Sedona. Vacant
zoned land is estimated to be sold out in the next 10-15 years because
much of the land surrounding Sedona is National Forest land holdings.
Recently, a few determined developers found parcels of land in Sedona
and the Village of Oak Creek, previously not known to be for sale. As a
result some of the finest new residential communities found anywhere in
the world are being offered. Buyers are sure to find properties with
magnificent panoramic views and a limitless array of activities to
enjoy. Almost every type of lot or home site is available, from the
rolling hills of Green Valley to the cliffs of Oak Creek. Many
communities will include clubhouses, resort-style pools, hiking trails
and parks, while others will appeal to buyers seeking maximum privacy.

Residents of Sedona enjoy added benefits from the prosperous tourism
industry that brings more than 5 million visitors each year. Not only
does it guarantee you'll find world class chefs, renowned artists and
architects, but it also means you will have the tourism necessary to
support a year-round rental income should you choose to rent out your
property. And to keep those guests happy you have golf, outdoor
adventure sports, and spas and health services that rejuvenate and
renew both body and spirit.
Sedona is a Mecca for many who want year-round recreation and freedom
from winter weather woes. During our visit we met one retired couple
that had lived in Colorado and Florida, prior to deciding to make
Sedona their permanent retirement destination. People are drawn to
Sedona by its beauty and warm climate, but they stay for its
sophisticated yet unhurried lifestyle, great restaurants, welcoming
inhabitants and a wealth of services and amenities.
