Our Florida holiday home has a south facing sparkling pool with a soothing in ground whirlpool; a fully air-conditioned games room, spacious great family room with comfortable lounge and dining areas, kitchen, breakfast nook and laundry room.

Watch out for the family of cranes who take their daily saunter around the community, but remember do not feed any of the wildlife.

All bedrooms are equipped with a TV or TV/Video combo.

The air-conditioned Games Room will occupy any spare time you have, with a pool table, air hockey table, basket ball game, electronic dart board and table football, along with toys, books, PlayStation 2 and games located within the home.

We offer FREE unlimited worldwide telephone calls and FREE high-speed Internet connection with computer, making communication with family members and business to continue with ease.

Just think, the exclusivity of your own south facing crystal clear 12 feet by 29 feet pool will delivery a level of privacy, and your own private bubbling spa with spillover in the pool is the perfect tranquil environment to relax from the fast lane of the Theme Parks. The covered 16 feet by 12 feet lanai is ideal for resting in the shade, with a choice of two bathrooms for your convenience.

For added safety there is a child-safety fence and all doors leading onto the pool deck are alarmed to alert you that a door has been opened. The entire area is covered with a fly screen.

The sun deck is the perfect place to stretch out and soak up the Florida sunshine with a cool refreshment. Luxury padded patio and pool furniture add a touch of elegance to the outside areas, with a charcoal barbecue outside the pool screen, what more could a person ask for.

Florida enjoys year-round sunshine, however our pool and spa will not be heated unless requested at the time of booking. We strongly recommend pool heating during the months of October to April.
